Billy Connolly will be here intown on friday night till Tuesday to do some background on us and meet us. He's doing a travelling comedy show all over
Canada. He'll be filming here in the first week of September, but this weekend is just a meet and greet. We'll be meeting them at the Mackenzie Hotel
Friday at 7 pm for some drinks. I'm really looking forward to meeting him, I'm a big fan....

We have Northern Pike(jackfish),Lake trout,Inconnu,Whitefish,Arctic Char and Arctic Grayling. Some other weird fish once you get to the Ocean. We mostly fish
in the lakes and Channels. Lots of Jacks between 20-30 lbs. Trout as much as 50 lbs,but hard to catch the big ones. Grayling by the thousands in the right
spot. Beautiful fish about 1 1/2 lbs,nice little fighter we catch in small streams. No Rainbow's though. They have stocked lakes in the Yukon with alot of
Rainbow's. I used to stop at them when i had my regular run up here.

Nice trout.
 I'm afraid that we
don't catch anything that big in the mountains where we go. I only have 4 or 6 lb test line on my little rig. Something like that would have broken it.
