Forget the Beers crap and tune it out. Focus on what the drivers have to accomplish. After the road begins at Livengood you climb to the ridges, but the road
often drops to a valley and climbs to a new ridge. The hills and dips and curves on a downgrade are deadly. I have yet to watch my tape and am curious to see
if beershit even knows where the danger spots lie. Even a moron can spot the white cross markers and the Colldfoot cafe has pictures of all the fatal wrecks
posted. Like SyBock said, the Haul Road ain't no Sunday drive even on a good day.

It's a sure bet that Beer's will do his usual fancy editing and have his poster child conquering the road, getting the most loads, saving the day, the
world, etc. The BIG question, who is Beer's going to portray as the #@%& up since Rick or Drew won't be back?

Hugh and Alex had to "drive" a simulator (spelling?). Hugh just did pass and Alex did great acording to the test giver. That haul road is H-E-L-L.

Looks like folks are finally beginning to pay attention and show some respect for The Road. Could kick myself, I was "distracted" and forgot to
record it. Hopefully I can catch the re-run next week before the new episode. Have they shown anything of the Coldfoot truck stop yet? A smart person could
make a whole story right there. Obviously that eliminates Thom.

I want to see more about the Coldfoot truck stop also...
Back in like 1988 or so, I had an offer to go up there and drive tow truck on a 6 month contract and live at the truck stop... Being a new dad and all that I turned it down but I have always wondered what it was like up there... I want to see more and I agree that the "presentation" of the show is changing and its for the good. I think that maybe someone wised up and realized that creative editing was a joke and that they needed to have a bit of control also... Maybe Carlyle is good for the changes.

another, and there is always the old stand by youtube.com Would links that work in Lativa work for you too???
