Sounds like you are having fun!!! Hubby BBQed a bunch of chicken, steaks, ribs, hamburgers, and hot dogs. The carnivores are coming and going. Once our
neighbors return we'll go over there for a few drinks and watch the neighbors fireworks, plus some in the sky from the big city. Our neighbors got a 3 day
permit to close off the streets so that the kids can play safely during the day, and fire off fireworks at night with no vehicle interruptions. Enjoy yourself
and stay safe there.

I had a chance to visit the one in DC about 20 years ago, still an eerie, haunting memory.
Happy 4th to all, as I'm stuck here in Chicago!
