Rules for the Shoutbox:
1. It's not meant for long conversations. It may be used a playbox only, trading greetings, endless strings of
, etc.
2. Posting a link for someone else online is no problem as there is not a discussion about it on the shoutbox.
3. Do not leave responses to posts in the shoutbox.
4. Refusal to abide by the rules that were set out will result in removal of the shoutbox.
5. If post count should decrease by 20%, then a post will made noting the decline in posts.
6. If the post count continues to decline due to the use of the shout box, then a meeting of the admins. will be held, and the decision will be made to take the shout box down.
